Lois Gibson's new book, Forensic Art Essentials, is now available.

Lois Gibson's book Forensic Art Essentials is now available in a bookstore near you, or get your book at Amazon.com and it will be shipped to you directly. This book teaches artists how to extract the information they need from a witness about a face they have seen, and produce an image good enough to lead detectives to the criminal. It will act as a guide and tutorial for students and professionals alike.

For more information regarding the book, please see the Book page.

Would you like to know what your baby or child would look like as an adult?

From a photo of a child or baby, the artist can produce a likeness of what the child will look like as an adolescent, or adult. Click on Gallery, then Age Progression for examples.

Some of Lois Gibson's Work

Take a look at some of Lois' fine art. Her niche is what she calls her "floaters," but as a forensic artist, she has a skill for the face as well. Click on Gallery, then Fine Art for many of her works of art.

Recent News

April's class was a huge success! On the last day, everyone created a close likeness of the face using only the skull of our murder victim as their guide. Returning to October's 26-30th, 2015 class is our amazingly talented Christa Mazure from Dijon, France. She will try to become France's first forensic artist. I will give her and everyone the tools necessary to accomplish their goals.

Don't forget to mark your calenders for my next class June 20th through 24th, 2016 in Houston, Texas.

For more information on her class and how to contact Lois' Manager or the university, please see the Classes page.
