This class gives the beginning artist all they need to start in this profession, and practicing forensic artists will gain
invaluable techniques to increase their effectiveness. Additionally, Lois' class will energize the forensic artist toward
their profession and show them ways to perform the work in a more confortable, enjoyable manner. This class is essential
for the most seasoned forensic artist as well as the artist who is just starting out.

Classes are available to learn this profession in an effective way.
The instructor, Lois Gibson, has sketched for the Houston Police Department and surrounding areas for 22 years. Her sketches
have been instrumental in bringing in over 1,000 criminals. She is now in the 2005 Guiness Book of World Records as the world's most
successful forensic artist. She was featured in the November 24th, 2003 issue of People Magazine. Her unique method allows the witness
and artist maximum comfort during the interview. Northwestern University in the near-Chicago suburb of Evanston, Illinois will offer her course
July 20 - 24, 2009. Accomodations are offered at serveral hotels within walking distance. The class is 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM Monday through
Friday and all supplies and equipment are provided. For registration, call 800-323-4011, or you can register on their web site at
